One of t h e f i n d i n g s of t h e a n a l y s i s was t h a t f i l i l y t r a n s i e n t b l o c k t o f i s s u r e flow can be approximazed by pseudo-steady s t a t e flow i f f r a c t u r e s k i n P e r m e a b i l i t y is s u f f i c i e n t l y low.
